Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In original condition, with original tags and packaging attached

• Free of odors, stains, makeup, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to you at your expense.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@diadayinamerica.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), in which case we'll cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [X] business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred. Original shipping charges and any import duties paid are non-refundable.
